How to Start Real Estate Business from Nothing

How to Start Real Estate Business from Nothing
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Having no money to start a real estate business is never the end of the road. However, having a big bank account doesn’t guarantee that you will make money out of real estate deals.

Username Investment CEO, Reuben Kimani narrates how he together with his co-founders were dupe in their second real estate deal that resulted in a total loss of the borrowed loan.

This according to him was a real turning point in their business and if not for their determination in the business, their leading brand in real estate could be nowhere now.

When you don’t have money to do the real estate business, the journey becomes hard and testing. Leave alone the fact that real estate investment is often a hard task.

However, it is never impossible to do. I have seen beginners start from scratch and make become wealthy. I have investors make a huge investment, fall and become completely broke.

According to Ty Fischer of Total So Cal Homes, what has and will always define successful real estate investors is a determination to succeed. Whether they have money or not. There is a chance for everyone. And you can start now and in few years you are up on the top. The power of hustle matters more than the power of the bank.

As a beginner in real estate investing, you could be broke and still want to venture into real estate. Below are 3 tips on how to get started in real estate without money.

a) Create a business lead generation

Every business is powered by quality leads. The real estate business is not an exception. Real estate agents, brokers and event mortgage lenders are constantly looking for these leads.

The first step you go about establishing your name like most of the top real estate agents is by establishing lead generating business. You connect your leads to realtors that have properties for sale and in turn, you will be paid a small commission.

If pose a question to real estate founders on how they started their businesses, most started this way. It is very tough, you do most of the grunt work and get little pay. But as a beginner and have a better vision, how much you make now doesn’t matter, what matters is the hands-on experience in the field and building your network as you grow.

The best model you can use here is to look for real estate company that has agency partnerships so that you can generate your own leads and push the leads to the company to close and you get paid for your commission. You can then save till you can afford to buy the property.

b) Intern for a real estate agent

Most real estate companies do offer many services which often run short of manpower. Search leading real estate agents in your neighbourhood and then call them to express your interest in real estate and how you can offer your service to better their performance.

When making such a call, you should never be conditional. When you get the opportunity, learn what you can, identify someone to mentor you in the company and the time comes, negotiate to be considered as buying specialist or listing specialist for the company or work away and start your own small company.

c) Partner with real estate Investor

When you are still young in the business, the best approach is always to consider a partnership with established investors. When you do this you will learn a lot and you can make some few dollars as you work your path.

Getting real estate investors is not an easy journey, it involves building a good relationship with real estate participants and then asking them for referrals.

Conclusion

Real estate investing is a proven way to build wealth in the long run with a minimal amount of risk.  Even though it requires large amount of capital to start with, beginners in the industry can still penetrate the market and create their share if they are determining and committed to succeed.

Remember, there is no easy path in any business. Every step matters and no step should be missed in business.

You got a chance to build your wealth. Start and never quit till you start winning.

Algorithmic FUE Explained: How Structured Planning Is Changing Hair Transplantation

Few areas of cosmetic surgery have been reshaped by technique and technology as much as hair restoration. Extraction tools have become finer, magnification has improved, and planning has moved from freehand estimates toward structured, protocol-driven work. Yet patients who read about "advanced" or "revolutionary" methods often struggle to separate genuine clinical progress from marketing language. This guide explains how modern FUE works, what it means to plan a transplant algorithmically, how Algorithmic FUE fits into that picture, and how to judge any technology claim critically. From strips to follicular units: a short history For decades, the standard approach to hair transplantation was strip surgery: a thin band of scalp was removed from the back of the head, dissected under microscopes into follicular units, and implanted into the recipient zone. The method works and remains in use for selected cases, but it leaves a linear scar and requires a longer healing period. Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) emerged as an alternative in which individual units of one to four hairs are removed directly from the donor area using a small circular punch. The scars are tiny and dispersed, which allows patients to wear short hair without a visible line. As tools and training improved, FUE became the dominant technique worldwide. Its flexibility also created a challenge: because the method can be adapted in many ways, results depend heavily on the surgeon's judgement and discipline. What "algorithmic" planning means in practice In everyday language, an algorithm is simply a defined sequence of decisions. Applied to hair transplantation, it means that the key choices of the operation, where grafts are taken from, which grafts go to which zone, at what angle and density they are implanted, follow a documented logic rather than being made ad hoc during surgery. A structured plan typically addresses several questions in a deliberate order: The value of a structured method is consistency. When each case is reasoned through the same sequence, it is less likely that an important variable will be overlooked on a busy day, and it is easier to review and teach the approach to other physicians. Algorithmic FUE at Hairmedico Clinic Algorithmic FUE is the proprietary technique name used at Hairmedico Clinic in Istanbul, founded and led by Dr. Arslan Musbeh. It describes the clinic's protocol-based approach to planning graft extraction and implantation, and it is applied within a one-patient-per-day schedule so that the surgeon can supervise each step of the procedure. Dr. Arslan Musbeh graduated from Odessa State Medical University in 2000, is an active member of FUE Europe, and has taught as a faculty instructor on the DIU Calvitie programme at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 since 2019. The clinic reports more than 4,500 procedures in total, with more than 3,000 performed personally by Dr. Musbeh. As with any proprietary method, patients should treat the name as a starting point for questions, and ask Dr. Musbeh during the consultation to explain exactly how the protocol applies to their own donor area and hairline. The anatomy of a well-planned FUE procedure Understanding each stage helps patients ask better questions and recognise what a careful operation looks like. Diagnosis and design. The surgeon examines the scalp, evaluates the stability of the hair loss and measures donor density. The hairline is designed with the patient, taking face shape, age and the likely future pattern of recession into account. The design should be reviewed and approved before the operation begins. Extraction. Using a fine punch, follicular units are removed from the donor area. The aim is to harvest evenly and to avoid creating zones that look thin once the hair is cut short. The depth and angle of the punch must match the direction of the follicle, otherwise there is a risk of transection, in which the follicle is cut and cannot grow. Sorting and storage. Grafts are counted, grouped by the number of hairs and kept in a suitable solution while they are outside the body. Short, controlled storage times support survival. Recipient site creation. Small channels are created at a predetermined angle, direction and depth. This stage is decisive for the natural appearance, as it fixes how each graft will sit and how the hair will grow. Implantation. Grafts are placed into the channels with attention to their orientation. Single-hair units go to the leading edge of the hairline, and multi-hair units are positioned behind it. Aftercare and review. The patient receives written instructions and a schedule for reviews during the first year. Tools and technologies: what they do and what they do not...
