Why You Should Outsource Cable Production to a Custom Cable Manufacturer

Why You Should Outsource Cable Production to a Custom Cable Manufacturer
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

What is the best option if you need custom cables manufactured, but don’t have the resources to do it yourself? Work with a highly qualified, experienced and knowledgeable custom cable manufacturer who can produce the custom cables you need at a high volume, with excellent quality control.

Technical Cable Applications is one of these companies, based in the Seattle area and providing extremely innovative and custom cable solutions to companies around the nation. They are one of the top custom cable manufacturers in the United States, and the best company you can choose for your cable manufacturing needs.

They are ISO 9001:2015 certified and UL certified for cable manufacturing and assembly, meaning that businesses in need of high quality cabling can have peace of mind by outsourcing their cables and knowing that they will be made according to extremely stringent quality standards.

Whether you need M12, coaxial, Cat-6, or other types of connectors for various power, automation and data transfer technologies, Technical Cable Applications has the inventory and production staff needed to get your order done with speed and accuracy.

To the average consumer, the exponential increase in wireless technology and cloud computing we’ve been seeing in recent years for business and consumer technologies may make it seem like wired connectors are becoming a thing of the past.

For instance, it’s reported by Allied Market Research that the global wireless connectivity market will grow at a CAGR of 13% from 2020 to 2027, from $53.17 billion to a potential $150.38 billion.

However, anyone working in the myriad of industries that are utilizing these advancements, or helping develop them knows that while the end consumer may have mostly wireless devices now and not need in-house storage solutions, the telecommunications and cloud storage companies providing these services need reliable, high quality data and power transfer cables at a higher volume than ever before for massive data centers, extremely powerful 5G cellular towers, and gigantic automated warehouses and factories.

Manufacturing these cables without the proper equipment and tools is a daunting task, and just purchasing off-the-shelf cables or cable assemblies in bulk that have already been produced is often not a viable option, especially for the most advanced and cutting edge companies that have very specific requirements.

Meanwhile in many other industries, high quality cables are still an absolute necessity as well, for data and power needs. For instance, aerospace companies need efficient power transmission for flight and communication systems, and medical companies and providers require extremely fast data transfer with wired cables to ensure that high resolution MRI scans and X-rays can be taken and immediately reviewed by an expert on or off-site.

Another advantage of working with a custom cable manufacturer like Technical Cable Applications is that they have a team of extremely experienced and knowledgeable engineers, who can help take your product or project to the next level with improvements and optimizations if you have an existing cable drawing, but want to modernize it or get help solving a known problem that is affecting durability or efficiency.

While a custom cable and custom wire harness manufacturer is always able to take your current cable, assembly or harness you’re using and manufacture it in the exact same way at extremely high quality standards, having the ability to provide custom solutions means they can work alongside you as a trusted partner, helping you improve your business offerings or products. Call Technical Cable Applications today if you’re considering working with a custom cable manufacturer.

Algorithmic FUE Explained: How Structured Planning Is Changing Hair Transplantation

Few areas of cosmetic surgery have been reshaped by technique and technology as much as hair restoration. Extraction tools have become finer, magnification has improved, and planning has moved from freehand estimates toward structured, protocol-driven work. Yet patients who read about "advanced" or "revolutionary" methods often struggle to separate genuine clinical progress from marketing language. This guide explains how modern FUE works, what it means to plan a transplant algorithmically, how Algorithmic FUE fits into that picture, and how to judge any technology claim critically. From strips to follicular units: a short history For decades, the standard approach to hair transplantation was strip surgery: a thin band of scalp was removed from the back of the head, dissected under microscopes into follicular units, and implanted into the recipient zone. The method works and remains in use for selected cases, but it leaves a linear scar and requires a longer healing period. Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) emerged as an alternative in which individual units of one to four hairs are removed directly from the donor area using a small circular punch. The scars are tiny and dispersed, which allows patients to wear short hair without a visible line. As tools and training improved, FUE became the dominant technique worldwide. Its flexibility also created a challenge: because the method can be adapted in many ways, results depend heavily on the surgeon's judgement and discipline. What "algorithmic" planning means in practice In everyday language, an algorithm is simply a defined sequence of decisions. Applied to hair transplantation, it means that the key choices of the operation, where grafts are taken from, which grafts go to which zone, at what angle and density they are implanted, follow a documented logic rather than being made ad hoc during surgery. A structured plan typically addresses several questions in a deliberate order: The value of a structured method is consistency. When each case is reasoned through the same sequence, it is less likely that an important variable will be overlooked on a busy day, and it is easier to review and teach the approach to other physicians. Algorithmic FUE at Hairmedico Clinic Algorithmic FUE is the proprietary technique name used at Hairmedico Clinic in Istanbul, founded and led by Dr. Arslan Musbeh. It describes the clinic's protocol-based approach to planning graft extraction and implantation, and it is applied within a one-patient-per-day schedule so that the surgeon can supervise each step of the procedure. Dr. Arslan Musbeh graduated from Odessa State Medical University in 2000, is an active member of FUE Europe, and has taught as a faculty instructor on the DIU Calvitie programme at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 since 2019. The clinic reports more than 4,500 procedures in total, with more than 3,000 performed personally by Dr. Musbeh. As with any proprietary method, patients should treat the name as a starting point for questions, and ask Dr. Musbeh during the consultation to explain exactly how the protocol applies to their own donor area and hairline. The anatomy of a well-planned FUE procedure Understanding each stage helps patients ask better questions and recognise what a careful operation looks like. Diagnosis and design. The surgeon examines the scalp, evaluates the stability of the hair loss and measures donor density. The hairline is designed with the patient, taking face shape, age and the likely future pattern of recession into account. The design should be reviewed and approved before the operation begins. Extraction. Using a fine punch, follicular units are removed from the donor area. The aim is to harvest evenly and to avoid creating zones that look thin once the hair is cut short. The depth and angle of the punch must match the direction of the follicle, otherwise there is a risk of transection, in which the follicle is cut and cannot grow. Sorting and storage. Grafts are counted, grouped by the number of hairs and kept in a suitable solution while they are outside the body. Short, controlled storage times support survival. Recipient site creation. Small channels are created at a predetermined angle, direction and depth. This stage is decisive for the natural appearance, as it fixes how each graft will sit and how the hair will grow. Implantation. Grafts are placed into the channels with attention to their orientation. Single-hair units go to the leading edge of the hairline, and multi-hair units are positioned behind it. Aftercare and review. The patient receives written instructions and a schedule for reviews during the first year. Tools and technologies: what they do and what they do not...
