ISO Support That Moves Your Business Forward

ISO Support That Moves Your Business Forward
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Achieving and maintaining ISO certification is no small feat, it requires more than just paperwork. Whether you’re implementing a new management system, preparing for certification, or looking to streamline existing processes, expert ISO support can make all the difference.

At ISO Advance, we provide practical, hands-on support tailored to your business and its goals. With years of experience across multiple ISO standards, we work as an extension of your team to make compliance simple, effective, and genuinely value-adding.

What is ISO Support?

ISO support refers to the range of services available to help organisations implement, manage, and improve their ISO-certified systems. This might involve everything from developing documentation and mapping out processes to advising on corrective actions after an audit.

Our support is flexible and responsive, whether you’re a small business starting from scratch or a larger organisation refining complex systems. We understand that no two businesses are the same, which is why our services are tailored to your sector, your standards, and your team’s way of working.

A Practical Approach to ISO Consultancy

ISO Advance takes a straight-talking, supportive approach to ISO consultancy. We won’t drown you in jargon or sell you off-the-shelf templates. Instead, we focus on helping you create a system that is easy to manage, compliant with the relevant standard, and fully aligned with your day-to-day operations.

Our support often begins with a discovery session to understand where you are in your ISO journey. From there, we can assist with system design, documentation development, risk assessments, and guidance on integrating multiple standards into a single management system. Whether you’re working toward ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, or ISO 45001, our consultants are here to help you every step of the way.

Ongoing Support Beyond Certification

ISO isn’t a one-time project — it’s an ongoing commitment to continual improvement. That’s why we offer support not just for certification, but for everything that comes after it too. From managing updates to the standards and conducting reviews, to preparing for surveillance audits, our team is on hand to provide as much or as little support as you need.

If you’re looking for more regular assistance, we offer retained support packages, giving you ongoing access to our expertise throughout the year. This helps reduce internal pressure, ensures your systems stay up to date, and gives you peace of mind knowing that compliance is always under control.

Supporting a Range of Standards and Sectors

We work across a wide variety of industries, supporting businesses with single or integrated systems. Whether you need support with quality management, information security, health and safety, or environmental performance, our consultants bring sector-specific knowledge and practical insight.

We also provide in-house training coursesfor teams looking to build internal knowledge, particularly around internal audits and ISO awareness. This combination of external support and internal empowerment is what makes our approach so effective.

Why Choose ISO Advance?

What sets ISO Advance apart is our dedication to being a trusted partner, not just a service provider. We combine expert knowledge with a down-to-earth attitude, always aiming to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our clients know they can rely on us for fast communication, flexible delivery, and guidance that’s rooted in real business understanding.

If you’re not sure where to begin or just want to improve how your current system is working, our management system consultancy service is a great place to start.

Ready to Strengthen Your ISO Systems?

Whether you’re working toward your first ISO certification or managing systems across multiple sites and teams, ISO Advance is here to support you at every stage. From implementation to maintenance, we’ll work alongside you to build a framework that not only meets the standard but supports real, measurable business improvement.

Contact us today to find out how our tailored ISO support can help simplify compliance and add lasting value to your operations.

Algorithmic FUE Explained: How Structured Planning Is Changing Hair Transplantation

Few areas of cosmetic surgery have been reshaped by technique and technology as much as hair restoration. Extraction tools have become finer, magnification has improved, and planning has moved from freehand estimates toward structured, protocol-driven work. Yet patients who read about "advanced" or "revolutionary" methods often struggle to separate genuine clinical progress from marketing language. This guide explains how modern FUE works, what it means to plan a transplant algorithmically, how Algorithmic FUE fits into that picture, and how to judge any technology claim critically. From strips to follicular units: a short history For decades, the standard approach to hair transplantation was strip surgery: a thin band of scalp was removed from the back of the head, dissected under microscopes into follicular units, and implanted into the recipient zone. The method works and remains in use for selected cases, but it leaves a linear scar and requires a longer healing period. Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) emerged as an alternative in which individual units of one to four hairs are removed directly from the donor area using a small circular punch. The scars are tiny and dispersed, which allows patients to wear short hair without a visible line. As tools and training improved, FUE became the dominant technique worldwide. Its flexibility also created a challenge: because the method can be adapted in many ways, results depend heavily on the surgeon's judgement and discipline. What "algorithmic" planning means in practice In everyday language, an algorithm is simply a defined sequence of decisions. Applied to hair transplantation, it means that the key choices of the operation, where grafts are taken from, which grafts go to which zone, at what angle and density they are implanted, follow a documented logic rather than being made ad hoc during surgery. A structured plan typically addresses several questions in a deliberate order: The value of a structured method is consistency. When each case is reasoned through the same sequence, it is less likely that an important variable will be overlooked on a busy day, and it is easier to review and teach the approach to other physicians. Algorithmic FUE at Hairmedico Clinic Algorithmic FUE is the proprietary technique name used at Hairmedico Clinic in Istanbul, founded and led by Dr. Arslan Musbeh. It describes the clinic's protocol-based approach to planning graft extraction and implantation, and it is applied within a one-patient-per-day schedule so that the surgeon can supervise each step of the procedure. Dr. Arslan Musbeh graduated from Odessa State Medical University in 2000, is an active member of FUE Europe, and has taught as a faculty instructor on the DIU Calvitie programme at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 since 2019. The clinic reports more than 4,500 procedures in total, with more than 3,000 performed personally by Dr. Musbeh. As with any proprietary method, patients should treat the name as a starting point for questions, and ask Dr. Musbeh during the consultation to explain exactly how the protocol applies to their own donor area and hairline. The anatomy of a well-planned FUE procedure Understanding each stage helps patients ask better questions and recognise what a careful operation looks like. Diagnosis and design. The surgeon examines the scalp, evaluates the stability of the hair loss and measures donor density. The hairline is designed with the patient, taking face shape, age and the likely future pattern of recession into account. The design should be reviewed and approved before the operation begins. Extraction. Using a fine punch, follicular units are removed from the donor area. The aim is to harvest evenly and to avoid creating zones that look thin once the hair is cut short. The depth and angle of the punch must match the direction of the follicle, otherwise there is a risk of transection, in which the follicle is cut and cannot grow. Sorting and storage. Grafts are counted, grouped by the number of hairs and kept in a suitable solution while they are outside the body. Short, controlled storage times support survival. Recipient site creation. Small channels are created at a predetermined angle, direction and depth. This stage is decisive for the natural appearance, as it fixes how each graft will sit and how the hair will grow. Implantation. Grafts are placed into the channels with attention to their orientation. Single-hair units go to the leading edge of the hairline, and multi-hair units are positioned behind it. Aftercare and review. The patient receives written instructions and a schedule for reviews during the first year. Tools and technologies: what they do and what they do not...
