My Smausng Galaxy S10 phone seems to be running very slow, and I perform factory reset on the phone. However, some photos and contacts are missing. I think they are deleted after the factory reset. Can I get them back, and how?

Many Android phone users have asked me similar questions. Luckily, there are ways to recover data after factory reset android

device if you do not use it heavily after the factory reset.

Here are some methods you can use to recover your data after a factory reset on your Samsung Galaxy S10:

Method 1: Use Android Data Recovery Software: The easiest way to recover your data after a factory reset is by using Android Data Recovery Software. It can help you to recover contacts, messages, call logs, photos, videos, audio files, and other data. You can follow these steps to recover data using this software:

First, download and install Android Data Recovery Software on your computer.

Connect your Samsung Galaxy S10 to your computer using a USB cable.

Launch the Android Data Recovery Software and select the ‘Android Data Recovery’ tab.

Follow the on-screen instructions to enable USB debugging mode on your device.

Once your phone is connected, the software will scan for all the lost data and display it on the screen.

After a while, you will be able to preview some recoverable data for example, images, videos, photos, text messages, etc. after the scanning.

Select the data you want to recover and click on the ‘Recover’ button to start the recovery process. Then you will be able to transfer the data to your device.

Note: Stop using your phone once you find data missing after factory reset, or new data can overwrite the deleted data and make them unrecoverable.

Method 2: Use Google Backup: If you had enabled Google Backup on your Samsung Galaxy S10, you can easily recover your data after a factory reset. Here’s how to do it:

First, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Backup and Reset.’

Check if ‘Back up my data’ and ‘Automatic restore’ options are turned on.

If they are, then all your data should be backed up on Google servers.

After resetting your device, sign in to your Google account and wait for the device to restore all the data.

Use Samsung Cloud: If you had enabled Samsung Cloud on your Samsung Galaxy S10, you can easily restore your data after a factory reset. Here’s how to do it:

First, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Accounts and Backup.’

Then, tap on ‘Samsung Cloud’ and sign in to your Samsung account.

Check if ‘Sync and Backup’ option is turned on.

After resetting your device, sign in to your Samsung account and wait for the device to restore all the data from Samsung Cloud.

Note: It’s important to ensure that you have backed up your data to one of these services before factory resetting your device. Otherwise, you may not be able to recover data after factory reset Android Samsung galaxy s10.
